Adopted by the building code concern the construction of new houses.
In the information Bulletin of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine №8 dated 20 August 2019 published new state building norms for designing residential buildings.
They introduce a number of fundamental changes in the construction and reconstruction of housing.
In particular, it significantly expands the opportunity to place built-in and built-in and attached premises for public use: shops, cafes, beauty salons, banks, etc. Now you can place them on any floors of the houses. Previously it was allowed only to do up to 3 floors inclusive.
The rule applies only to new construction homes. In addition, a mandatory requirement of the placement of such embedded institutions is to allocate it in a separate fire compartment.
But the objects that have a negative impact on noise, vibration, electromagnetic radiation, radiation and homes is absolutely contraindicated. For example, a café with continuous operation, high noise levels and the like.
The regulations state it is forbidden to place in residential buildings: hotels and hostels;
Under the law, the norms come into effect roughly 3 months after publication - from 1 December this year.
Hotels and hostels;
Stores with a total area of over 1000 sq m;
Specialized agencies and enterprises, the operation of which may result in the pollution of the territory and air;
Specialized stores, lubricants and other goods (e.g. paints, varnishes, flammable substances and materials);
Shops Shoe repair and household machinery and appliances with the area over 100 sq m;
Baths, saunas, manufacturing facilities, funeral homes, and the like.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and public utilities is considering to allow the state construction standard (DBN) design in residential complexes built in the school. However, with the advent of the new government and reorganization of ministries, these projects may be delayed or cancelled altogether.
