Residential Ukraine is entering a stage of recovery. This is the best time to invest with minimal risk.

In the modern history of Ukraine the real estate market has gone through two full cycle:

The first full cycle 1992-2000 (8 years);
The second full cycle 2001-2019 years (19).

By the end of 2019, we see the fact that the market of residential property with the lowest point of descent in the recovery phase of the real estate market.

Central region

The most expensive apartments in the secondary market, the class of social housing in the city of Kiev, the average market price of 991$ per square meter, or 23 819 UAH according to NBU rate.

The cheapest apartments on the secondary market in the city of Kropivnitsky the average market value 421$ per square meter or 10 of 119 hryvnias according to the NBU rate.

Western region

The most expensive apartments in the secondary market the class of social housing in the city of Lviv, the average market value 806$ per square meter, or 19 372 UAH according to NBU rate.

The cheapest apartments on the secondary market in Ivano-Frankivsk, the average market price of 418$ for square meter, or 10 047 UAH according to NBU rate.

The black sea region

The most expensive apartments in the secondary market the class of social housing in Odessa, the average market price of 723$ per square meter, or 17 377 UAH according to NBU rate.

The cheapest apartments on the secondary market in Kherson, the average market cost of 465$ per square meter, or 11 176 UAH according to NBU rate.

North East region

The most expensive apartments in the secondary market the class of social housing in Kharkiv, the average market price of 564$ per square meter, or 13 508 hryvnias according to the NBU rate.

The cheapest apartments on the secondary market in Chernihiv, the average market value 428$ per square meter, or 10 263 UAH at the NBU rate.

The Donets-Dnieper region

The most expensive apartments in the secondary market, the class of social housing in the city, the Dnieper, the average market value 521$ per square meter, or 12 522 UAH by NBU rate.

The cheapest apartments on the secondary market in Kiev the average market 436$ per square meter, or 10 479 UAH according to NBU rate.

The dynamics of the residential real estate market of Ukraine
November 2018 – November 2019

The leader of increase in the average cost per square meter of residential real estate in the Central region over the past twelve months, the city of Zhitomir +3.2 percent.

The leader of increase in the average cost per square meter of residential property in the Western region over the past twelve months, Chernivtsi city +3.5 per cent.

The leader of increase in the average cost per square meter of residential real estate in the black sea region over the past twelve months, is the city of Nikolaev +3,0%.

The leader of increase in the average cost per square meter of residential property in the North-Eastern region over the past twelve months, the city of Kharkov +3,9%.

The leader of increase in the average cost per square meter of residential real estate in Donetsk-Pridneprovsk region over the past twelve months, the city is +2.8 per cent.
