The Ministry of agrarian policy jointly with the State Agency of e-government and Transparency International Ukraine presented an updated State land cadastre, which will now be run on the Blockchain technology.

It is reported that the introduction of this technology will provide reliable data synchronization that will make it impossible for them to substitute as a result of external intervention, and will also give the opportunity to exercise public control over the system.
"Transfer of the land cadastre to the technology of the Blockchain is another element of transformation of land relations, which systematically implemented by the Government. A month ago introduced a regular monitoring of land relations, and in the near future auction for the lease of state lands to implement online on Blockchain technology," – said the first Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Maxim Martyniuk.
According to him, the transparency of land relations imposes high requirements to data preservation, and today the highest degree of information security provides the Blockchain technology.
Recall, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the implementation of a Blockchain technology in the work of the State register of rights to immovable property and e-auction of seized property (SET).
